Shall be located in a rear yard and need to be placed at least five (5) feet from the rear or side property lines. Shall be fully screened from public view by a surrounding yard wall. Fence or mesh okay as long as the GM is not "readily accessible" If using a fence, it can't be more than 6ft high. Ground screws allowed with engineering. No freeze-thaw minimum depth. No gravel base required. If within a floodplain, the GM must be protected from soil erosion. Depending on where in the floodplain, the AHJ may require it to be placed at or above flood elevation.
