Per AHJ correction for elevation cert - The H/O either has to provide proof of Flood insurance/certificate that the community is FEMA Compliant
Or we will need to acquire proof of the elevation, via 3rd party PE, which would show that the home is at an elevation for which water would not attain. Please reach out to HO and confirm if they have already access to such documentation, if Not we can try to see if the PE will stamp of stamp from ASCE tool elevation data (unsure on adders here, may need to higher surveyor to provide concrete proof of the home's elevation).
