Please clarify how emergency services would shut down all PV including the battery back up. This must be done within 3 feet of the service entrance.

Please add a really accessible emergency service disconnect within 3 feet of the main service panel. It must shut down all solar and battery systems per code section 110.25, 705.22,705.23, 705.31, 706.7, 706.30
