The City of Roseville has issued a muni-code/amendment to 230-71. They (City and Muni Utility) will not allow installation of panels with more than one service disconnect, including PV ready panels with generation inputs. 16.04.410 Maximum number of disconnects. (qcode.us) (https://qcode.us/codes/roseville/view.php?topic=16-16_04-16_04_410&frames=on) ALL PROJECTS: Spec sheets to show UL 1703 or UL 61730 listing for modules See Files section of this page. Complete and upload to the Projects page these three forms: Contractor Declarations Verification of Wire Sizes for PV System Calculations Solar Panel Dead Weight Loading Calculation Worksheet Provide a listing report showing the optimizers are compatible with the inverter. RE-ROOFS: If project has a re-roof, fill out and attach Residential Re-Roof CF1R-ALT-01-E to plans EXISTING SYSTEMS: On site placard sheet, identify all rapid shutdowns on service (for both existing and new PV). Indicate which areas of the roof will be energized after rapid shutdown is initiated. A dotted line shall be around areas that remain energized after rapid shutdown switch is operated. On the site placard, indicate which system will be above 80 volts and which will be 80 volts or less. Please reference Site Placard Example in the files below. MPU PROJECTS: Spec sheets required for MPU.

All Jobs [The AC disconnect shall be within sight and within 5 of the main electric panel. Reference CEC Art. 690.17 and City of Roseville Electric requirements]
- Roof Plan
All Jobs [All conduit runs shall be as close as possible to the ridge or hip or valley and from the hip or valley as directly as possible to an outside wall to reduce trip hazards and maximize ventilation opportunities. Conduit runs between sub arrays and to DC combiner boxes shall be installed in a manner that minimizes the total amount of conduit on the roof by taking the shortest path from the array to the DC combiner box. The DC combiner boxes shall be located such that conduit runs are minimized in the pathways between arrays. DC wiring shall be installed in metallic conduit or raceways when located within enclosed spaces in a building. Conduit shall run along the bottom of load bearing members] All Jobs [Roof access points shall be located in areas that do not require the placement of ground ladders over openings such as windows or doors, and located at strong points of building construction in locations where the access point does not conflict with overhead obstructions such as tree limbs, wires or signs]
