**On ground-mounted solar:** ALL GROUND MOUNT SUBMITTALS REQUIRE PLOT PLANS, SEPTIC/LEECH/WELLS 10 FT SETBACKS AROUND ALL WELLS/SEPTIC/LEECH LINE NO EXCEPTIONS! 30' PROPERTY LINE SETBACK IF PROPERTY IS MORE THAN 1 ACRE IF PROPERTY IS BELOW 1 ACRE - 5' PROPERTY SIDE SETBACK, 15' REAR, 25' FRONT (TYP.) There are also other ways to satisfy the requirement for guarded conductors, I have seen expanded wire mesh used (see attached picture) to guard the conductors, and even the use of ties to hold the conductors up in a channel, etc. they must be very neat and secure (see picture). Other methods may also be acceptable, I would recommend showing & explaining your intended method to comply with 690.31(A) in your permit submittal so that your proposed method can be reviewed and approved prior to installation in order to avoid any issues at inspection. *See pics attached for examples* ****For Septic Map and Plot Plans**** Call EH #
