This AHJ requires the elevation view.
Verify that ESS is located a minimum of 3' from all doors and windows in accordance with CFC 1207.11.3. or Note spacing/separation distance between ESS units. Ensure that spacing is compliant with CFC 1207.11.2.1 or UL9540A large-scale fire testing
No published information about battery placement. If battery system, include this note on ELD: Producer's storage device(s) will not cause the Host Load to exceed its normal peak demand. Normal peak demand is defined as the highest amount of power required from the Distribution System by Producer's complete facilities without the influence or use of the energy storage device(s).

Update the building site plan to clearly and accurately show/label the entire location of the existing onsite wastewater treatment system(s) and water system(s) to scale in feet. Include all the following features:
• septic tank(s)
• sump tank (if applicable)
• sewer line(s)
• leach lines/dispersal area
• septic reserve
• water source(s) (wells, springs, public water source connection, etc.)
Be sure to show the staging area for this project relative in feet to the improvements as referenced above.
Please accurately show the location of existing and or proposed electrical conduit lines with a minimum 12” spacing from sewer components and water lines.
* FENCE IS NEEDED FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTS * ADD NOTE TO PLANS FOR GROUND MOUNTS "10' BRUSH FREE ZONE REQUIRED AROUND ARRAY" * All wiring installed underground shall be suitable for wet locations and shall be clearly labeled as such on the conductor insulation. * All underground utility trenching shall be a minimum of 18” below grade, unless through or within a vineyard where a minimum depth of 48” shall be required as per County of Napa ordinance. Depth shall be measured from top of pipe or conduit to grade. * Provide two (2) ground rods spaced a minimum of 6’ apart if proof of a UFER ground cannot provided in the field * Provide all labeling as required by CEC, including a label stating “this service is being fed by multiple energy sources” (list all sources I.E. Service provider, PV system, generator etc.) and show the locations of each including all disconnects. * Unprotected grounding electrode conductors shall be a 6 AWG or larger copper or aluminum and shall be securely fastened to the construction. Grounding electrode conductors smaller than 6 AWG shall be protected ****For acquiring Septic map and plot plans**** and/or ###
