Indicate the distances from the proposed solar panels to the property lines. Make sure any waterways on the property are shown and the distance from the proposed solar panels to the centerline of the waterway is indicated. Any property zoned O-Open will require setbacks of 25 ft on all sides. The Larimer County Land Use Code requires an additional 5 feet between the required setback and any building or structure. When that 5-foot requirement is not met, a setback certification performed by a licensed Colorado surveyor will be required.
