**6/24/21 - Per county plan reviewer, the ground mounted system must be 100ft from the front property line and at least 5ft from the side and rear property lines. The front yard setback dropdown above does not accommodate this requirement. -KR** Floodplain Requirements If the property is located within the 100 year floodplain, a Elevation Certificate is required at the time of permit application. Kent County Code Article XXIV requires: 1. A minimum of two openings having a total net area of not less than one square inch for every square foot of enclosed area subject to flooding. 2.
