- Provide only a single one-line. Buildings or structures supporting PV Arrays shall have a Grounding Electrode System in compliance of NEC 250.50, 250.58 and 690.47 (A). Provide manufactures documentation of the type of PV wire that is being used or denote the insulation type on the one-line to show compliance with NEC Chapter 3. Provide manufactures documentation of the type of junction box(es) that are being used to show compliance with NEC 110.3 and 314.16.

- ## Setbacks A CLEAR, brush free area of10 feet surrounding ground mount must be provided according to IFC 2018 laws PV source and output circuits operating at maximum system voltages greater than 30 volts that are installed in readily accessible locations shall comply with NEC 690.31 (A) and 690.33 (C). To ensure circuit conductors of ground mounted array meets the requirements of 690.31(A), those circuit conductors not installed in type MC cable, or another NEC recognized raceway, will be considered guarded where protected by a 6' tall chain link fence. Other methods will need to be approved by the local Authority Having Jurisdiction prior to a final approval of the system.
