2015 IRC/IBC needs 3' fire setbacks
A 36โโ fire access is required on both sides of a solar array on each individual roof plane. A 36โโ fire access pathway is
required on both sides of the roof ridge. An 18โโ fire access pathway is required on each side of all hip and valleys.
There shall not be any doorways or windows directly under the fire access pathways

- EXISTING SYSTEMS: provide spec sheets for existing inverter with model highlighted.
- SPEC SHEETS: Mark on the spec sheets the equipment that is being used per plans. Example: Ticket #2793452 (Plan Detail)
