All transfer switches utilized to serve an electrical load from either the Town of Wickenburg's Electric Grid or an alternate power generation or storage source

shall prevent both sources from being paralleled or simultaneously interconnected. Transfer switches for this application shall be "break-before-make" transfer scheme using open transition style transfer switches.
