  • Note: A separate permit is required to change out/upgrade an electrical service panel. If work is being done to a main-panel or if the Utility disconnects power, a signed final-inspection of the main-panel from the Building Department is required before the Utility will reconnect power.

SLD Reqs
  • AC Disconnect cannot be more than 10ft away from meter, and must be accessible at all times. If it is behind a fence/gate, it cannot be locked.

Include these notes on ELD:

  • Arrow to Disco: ELECTRIC UTILITY DEPARTMENT TO HAVE CONTINUOUS ACCESS TO LOCKABLE DISCONNECT AT ALL TIMES. AC DISCONNECT MUST BE WITHIN 10' (MAX) FROM MAIN SERVICE PANEL AND NOT BEHIND LOCKED GATE. (EES 942 0240)
  • Arrow to Disco: AC DISCONNECT SHALL BE LOCK OUT/TAG OUT CAPABLE, SINGLE THROW, DOUBLE POLE AND FUSED. (EES 942 0240)
  • Arrow to POI: THE SUM OF THE MAIN CIRCUIT BREAKER AND PV SYSTEM CIRCUIT BREAKER SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN 120% OF THE MAIN SERVICE PANEL RATING, PER CALIFORNIA ELECTRIC CODE. (CEC 690.64)
  • Arrow to Generation Meter: GENERATION METER SOCKET SUPPLIED BY CONTRACTOR. GENERATION METER SUPPLIED BY CITY OF LODI, ELECTRIC UTILITY DEPARTMENT.
  • Add in LLH corner: ALL PV SYSTEM SIGNAGE SHALL BE INSTALLED AND LOCATED PER EES 942 0240.
