Production Meter Requirements
- Systems sized at 10 kW AC and Under do NOT require a production meter
- Projects over 10 kW AC require a production meter
- Both the production meter and utility meter socket must be rated at 200A, this must be shown on plans (including the one-line diagram)
- Only one Production Meter per address, if there is an existing PV meter, new AND existing production must run through that meter.
- Production Meter needs to be MILBANK U4801-XL-5T9 - 200A lever bypass meters & #6 AWG wire is required on the line and load side of the PV meter <<<<<<<< READ THIS NOTE!!!
Utility Meter Requirements
- Both the production meter and utility meter socket must be rated at 200A - Label as (E) or (N) "UTILITY METER (200A) (1PH, 3-W, 240V)", this must be shown on plans (including the one-line diagram)
- See the files section to determine if the existing utility meter is a 100A or 200A. If it is 100A, We need to upgrade it to a (N)200A <<READ THIS NOTE!!!
- THE UTILITY METER NEEDS TO BE CALLED OUT AS (N)200A or (E)200A. <<READ THIS NOTE!!!

SLD/3LD Requirements
- 3LD and SLD are required
- ONLY IF PM IS REQUIRED: SE3800H-USRGM inverter will be required to have a 35A PV breaker & #6 AWG wire from PM to POI.
- If PM is NOT required, SE3800 will use standard wire and breaker size (#10 gauge and 20A breaker)

The system must be permanently installed or attached to a building, foundation or permanent structure. Portable or mobile systems are not allowed.
