Net Excess Generation Notes

During any billing cycle, excess kWh generated by the customer's renewable generation system that is delivered to the Cooperative's electric grid will be credited to the customer at a rate equal to the base cost of power shown in Schedule PCA plus the applicable WPCA factor for the month. Should the kWh generated by the customer's renewable generation system result in a credit to the customer for the billing period, the excess will be credited to the customer's account

Compiled from public records, 2026. Tariffs and interconnection rules change; verify with SECO Energy before you rely on this. The useful move: if an installer says you need a main panel upgrade, ask how these tap and interconnection policies were considered first.
