Net Excess Generation Notes: On the months where the customer’s usage has exceeded the available credits they will get billed that month for their electrical usage. Future credits cannot be applied to current monthly bill/usage. Once electricity has been delivered to the customer by the utility they must pay for it on the city’s regular billing cycle. On April First of each year of operation (full or partial), the NET meter will be reset to zero and all unused credits will expire. There is to be no payment back to the customer for excess credits at this time.

System Offset Notes: Members are allowed to connect up to 25kW of generation

Meter Spot Process: TDR Process We ask that the week prior to the work being done that you notify us and the day before the work will be preformed you confirm that the work is still on schedule. For reconnect about 30min prior to reconnect call us. You can contact me to do this at or the office at . No fees unless the disconnect/reconnect are scheduled by you for after hours.

Site Plan Reqs: Would like to see the building and where everything will be placed.

Install Reqs: We don't require a production meter, but if the main panel and or meter base are replaced we do require a ringless meter base and outside disconnect be installed.
