In the event the delivered credits exceed the consumed charges on a regular and consistent basis and the account continues to accumulate credits, the Cooperative will pay the amount of the credit to the member at the end of the last billing period per calendar year.

"For a temporary disconnect, simply have the owner call in with the date and time for the disconnect. Obviously, an address and/or meter number will speed of the process.


There is not a fee, but the reconnect needs to be called in before 2pm to avoid overtime charges. Please give us as much notice as possible to schedule the temp disconnect.


If there is inclement weather, the disconnect may not be completed until after the weather has passed."

SLD Reqs

See SLD Sample. Detailed one-line diagram of the proposed facility, all applicable elementary diagrams, major equipment, (generators, transformers, inverters, circuit breakers, protective relays, etc.) specifications, test reports, etc., and any other applicable drawings or documents necessary for the proper design of the interconnection. Also describe the project’s planned operating mode (e.g., combined heat and power, peak shaving, etc.), and its address or grid coordinates.
