Per utility regarding 12 months consumption history

"If a prospective customer is not able to provide you with his 12-month usage history, I would recommend that you contact me to calculate the appropriate sizing per our formula to save you from doing all the work to send the application and plans for a system that is larger than we will approve for interconnection. We do have some line sections that have reached the maximum interconnection and no further interconnection is allowed, so that’s something else that I can check proactively."

Compiled from public records, 2026. Tariffs and interconnection rules change; verify with Flint Hills Rural ECA before you rely on this. The useful move: if an installer says you need a main panel upgrade, ask how these tap and interconnection policies were considered first.
