Roll-over credit: excess kWh will roll-over to the next billing period until the end if the annual period (March 31). After the annual period, if there are any remaining kWh, they will not be compensated and will be zeroed out. Average Retail Rate: utility will purchase excess kWh at the end of each monthly billing period. Credit (monetary value) can be used on the next billing period or the utility can send a check to the customer.
