2025 Policy

Excess generation is defined as any kWh of electrical energy produced by the DGR which is not consumed by Owner/Operator’s electrical requirements and is delivered to the distribution system. Excess energy will be credited to the customer at the Utility’s avoided cost rate of $0.0348/kWh (rate is subject to change). Billing credits for excess energy will not be carried over more than one billing period.
