The Member shall use the output of the qualifying facility first to meet the requirements of Member’s electric consuming facilities located on the Premises. Any output of the qualifying facility in excess of the requirements of Member’s electric consuming facilities shall be transferred to the Cooperative and credited against the Member’s bill for electric service hereunder. Member shall only be entitled to receive a billing credit for any such output of the qualifying facility in excess of the requirements of the Member’s facilities, and in no event shall the Member be entitled to receive any payment from the Cooperative for any such excess output of the qualifying facility. Meters are read monthly through their automated reading system
