The Customer shall be billed according to the published City solar rates. Solar rates shall include a minimum billing cycle charge for connection to the City distribution system at the first 10 kWh rate. The bill shall then default to (a) customer shall pay for metered consumption used from the Frederick Public Works Authority power system at the published solar power rates for each billing cycle. (b) City will give a credit for solar generation power received back into the Frederick Public Works Authority power system at the current wholesale rate for each billing cycle. (c) The customer will pay the difference between (a) and (b) and/or the minimum billing cycle charge.
