If the value of the electricity generated by the Customer exceeds the price of Customer's consumption at the standard rate and is distributed back to the CITY during the billing period, then the Customer shall be billed for the same customer service charge as are applied to other customers of the CITY in the same rate class and paid for the value of the electricity generated at the CITY's avoided cost.

SLD Reqs

AC Disconnect must be within 10 ft of, and within sight of Utility Meter.

Install Reqs

Customer shall furnish and install a switch capable of fully disconnecting and isolating the Customer's system from the Utility's.

Provide permanent, durable signage as specified in the City's applicable interconnection standards.
