Site Plan Reqs

All Projects

  • .
  • AC disconnect must be within 10 ft of the utility meter.
  • Trenching may be needed for meters on pedestals or poles; check with local branch.
  • If AC disconnect is on a pole/pedestal, add another AC disconnect for the inverter.
  • Show ETO tilt and orientation for each solar array.
  • Indicate TSRF measurement locations.
  • Label the utility meter on the site plan.

Battery Projects

  • Include local disconnect.
  • Include dedicated AC disconnect near the utility meter and a transfer switch.
  • AC disconnect must be within 10 ft of the utility meter.
SLD Reqs

All Projects

  • .
  • AC disconnect required for generation systems producing >30 amps.
  • Show voltage drop calculations; ETO wiring/voltage drop must be ≤2%.

Battery Projects

  • Include local disconnect.
  • Include dedicated AC disconnect and transfer switch (or equivalent) in the diagram.

Compiled from public records, 2026. Tariffs and interconnection rules change; verify with Pacific Power (OR) before you rely on this. The useful move: if an installer says you need a main panel upgrade, ask how these tap and interconnection policies were considered first.
