Members in this rate schedule shall sign a “Net Metering Agreement” with the Cooperative. Generally, the foregoing rates are net and are due and payable on or before the 10th of the month following the mailing date of the bill. Failure to receive a bill shall not release the consumer from liability of payment.


Account credits may be paid monthly by the Cooperative on or before the 10th of the month following the date of the bill or accrued for a 12- month period ending in March and refunded directly to the member.
