If the electricity generated by the customer and distributed back to the District during the billing period exceeds the electricity supplied by the District, then the customer shall be billed for the appropriate customer service charge as other customers of the District in the same rate schedule and credited for the net excess kilowatt-hours generated during the billing period, with this kilowatt-hour credit appearing on customer’s bill for the following billing period. On March 31st each year, any remaining kWh credits will be awarded to the utility without any compensation to the customer.

  • 2020 NEC labeling is required on the plans, and installed at the site per NEC requirements. Must be posted on the meter base, disconnects and transformers informing working personnel that a PV system is operating at the premise.
