If the electricity generated by the Member and distributed back to EMP during the billing period, exceeds the electricity supplied by EMP, then the Member shall be credited for the net excess kilowatt-hours generated during the billing period, with this kilowatt-hour credit appearing on Member’s bill. All remaining credits will expire on April 30th each year without compensation to the member.
